Lever 3 of 5 · Technical SEO

Technical SEO services that clear
whatever is stopping Google reading your site.

Plenty of sites are capped by problems you cannot see. Pages Google never kept a copy of. Settings telling search engines to skip a section. Content that only exists after code runs, which most AI crawlers never wait for. TuBe SEO checks every page and hands you the exact fix.

This is lever three of five. Five levers, in order: find the keywords you can actually win, build pages that deserve to rank, fix what stops Google reading the site (this page), earn backlinks and press coverage, and protect the rankings you already have. A page Google cannot read is worth nothing at all. See all five on the home page.

Indexing

What is indexing, and why does it decide everything else?

Indexing means one thing: does Google hold a copy of your page. Without one it cannot rank, no matter how good it is. TuBe SEO checks every page against what Google actually holds, alerts you the day one drops out, and submits missing pages in one click.

The check nobody runs often enough

A page Google has no copy of cannot rank, however good it is

Think of Google's index as a library. Ranking is the argument over which book goes on the front table. Indexing is whether your book is in the building. A page can drop out quietly; the only symptom is traffic that stops arriving.

  • Every page, every time. A 1,000-page site gets 1,000 answers. Sampling misses exactly the page you did not think to check.
  • Alerts when a page drops out. Flagged as an event, with the address and the date it changed.
  • One-click submission. Missing pages go to Google without leaving the dashboard.
  • Some things we will not touch. Redirects, canonicals and indexing directives get the exact fix, never an automated edit.
  • It changes the plan. An unindexed page is not a content problem, and nobody should spend a month rewriting it as if it were.

AI readiness

Can Google and the AI assistants actually read your site?

Before your content matters, a crawler has to pass three gates. Can it reach your site? Can it read the page without running code? Is the page labelled for a machine? TuBe SEO tests all three on your real pages and grades what comes back.

Why these three and not thirty. Most technical audits hand you a 60-item list where a wrong heading sits next to a complete crawl block. These three are yes or no, fail without a symptom, and can make your site invisible to AI assistants while your Google report looks fine.

Gate 1 · Can they get in?

AI crawlers are separate visitors, and your CDN can turn them away before your site ever sees the request. Nothing in your settings shows it: visitors, analytics and Google rankings all look fine. So the audit knocks on the door as each crawler and reads the answer.

Gate 2 · Can they read it without running code?

Many sites send an almost empty page and build the content with JavaScript. Google eventually runs it; several crawlers feeding AI answers take the raw page and go, so your article reads as blank. The fix is server-side rendering: finished words in the first response.

Gate 3 · Is the page labelled for a machine?

A person can tell your page is a review, by a named author, in a named town. A machine has to guess, and guessing is where the wrong company gets the credit. Structured data removes the guess; the audit checks it is present, valid and true to the page.

TuBe SEO has no partnership with, affiliation with, or privileged access to any of these services. Each one is sampled from the outside, the way a customer meets it. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify what is being measured.

Graded, not just listed

Every finding carries a grade, so a crawler block and a missing label never read as the same job. Does it stop you being cited, or just make it less likely? Both are worth fixing; only one is worth fixing today.

Every finding ships with its fix

A finding without a remedy is a complaint. Each item names the change, so your developer can act without diagnosing it again. Applying it stays a human decision.

The three gates

What do technical SEO services actually fix?

TuBe SEO's technical SEO services are built around the failures that cost the most and announce themselves the least. The table is the whole audit in one view: what each gate is, what breaks, how we find it, the usual fix. We detect, grade and specify. A person applies every fix.

The three gates of the AI readiness audit. Each fix is applied by a person in the system that owns it: the CDN console, the website code, or the CMS.
GateWhat breaksHow TuBe SEO finds itThe usual fix
Can they get in?Crawler permissions, including CDN blocksAI crawlers are turned away before they reach your site, so you are absent from AI answers while ranking normally on Google. We request your pages as each crawler and read the response, catching a CDN block your website would have allowed.Amend the bot rule at the CDN, then check your robots.txt file agrees with it.
Can they read it?Words present without running codeYour headline and body copy only exist after JavaScript runs, so a crawler taking the raw page reads an empty shell. We compare the raw page your server sends against the page a person sees, element by element.Send the main content in the first response, or pre-render it.
Is it labelled?Structured data a machine understandsThe facts on your page are only implied in prose, so a machine has to guess. Guessing is where a competitor gets your credit. We check the labels are present, valid, and agree with the visible page.Add or correct the labels for your organization, articles, services and FAQs.

Articles from the content team ship fully labelled, so gate three is satisfied the moment a new page publishes. The audit covers everything from before we arrived.

Search Console

What does Google Search Console add that a rankings report does not?

Google Search Console is Google's own record of what your site was actually shown for. TuBe SEO reads three things from it: pages shown but never clicked, pages ranking well and still skipped, and new searches you are starting to appear for. Each is a chance you already half own.

Evidence, not estimates

The cheapest ranking data you own is already sitting in your account

Keyword tools model a market. Search Console records what your site was actually put in front of. A page just off page one, already shown thousands of times, is a different job from one nobody has seen. Only one of those facts comes from your own data.

  • Shown but not clicked. Pages already appearing for searches they do not yet win. The shortest distance to more customers.
  • Ranking and getting skipped. A headline problem, not a content problem, and a rankings report cannot see it.
  • New searches. Terms you have just started appearing for, caught early enough to earn a page of their own.
  • Page-one pages stay protected. A page-one URL with a click-through gap is still a page-one URL. Nothing rewrites it.

Reporting

What do you actually get each month?

TuBe SEO sends one report a month, in language you can read without a glossary: where you rank, whether the AI assistants cite and name you, what we published, and which links we earned. It all exports to a spreadsheet, with the real cost of the work logged next to the results.

Rankings

Every keyword we track and how it moved, including the ones just off page one at positions 5–20, plus local map coverage.

AI mentions

Whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews and AI Mode cited your site and named your business, sampled several times and reported as a range, not a screenshot.

What we published

What was researched, written, illustrated, approved and published in the period.

Links earned

Who we approached, which pitches you approved, and which links went live and were verified.

The same view we work in

The report is the dashboard our team uses, not a document assembled the night before your call. Nothing is retyped, so nothing gets flattered.

Export it anywhere

Every part exports to CSV, into a board pack or whatever you already trust more than a dashboard.

What the work cost

Every research and AI call is logged with its real cost. You see what was spent, not only what you were billed. Almost nobody in this industry will show you that.

How each number is produced is written down. Where we refuse to score something rather than invent a figure, that is published too. Read the methodology and reporting page.

Technical work is one of the five levers. See the rest on the services page, or the whole toolkit on the platform page.

Straight answers

Technical questions worth asking before you spend on content

What is technical SEO, in plain English?

Technical SEO is the part of the job with nothing to do with writing. It decides whether Google and the AI assistants can find your pages and read them. TuBe SEO checks every page you have and hands you the exact fix. AI does the heavy lifting, it never takes the wheel. A person on our team signs off before anything reaches your business.

How do I know whether my pages are indexed?

Indexing means whether Google has a copy of your page at all. Without one, the page cannot rank, however good it is. TuBe SEO checks every page you publish against what Google actually holds. If an indexed page drops out, you get an alert with the URL and the date.

Can my CDN block AI crawlers without me knowing?

Yes, and it is the most common silent failure TuBe SEO finds. A CDN's bot rules live above your site and never show in your own settings. The only way to see the block is to request your pages as those crawlers, which is what the audit does.

Do you change my redirects or canonical tags for me?

No, and there is no button that would let us. Those settings can take a whole site off Google when they go wrong, so TuBe SEO only detects and reports them: the finding, the exact change, and a person applies it. Submitting a missing page for crawling is one click.

What is an AI readiness audit?

An AI readiness audit checks whether your site is even eligible to appear in AI answers. TuBe SEO tests three gates: can the crawlers reach your site; can they read the page without running JavaScript; and is the page labelled for a machine. Each finding is graded and carries the fix.

What does Google Search Console add that a rankings report does not?

A rankings report covers the terms somebody chose to track. Search Console is Google's own record of what your site was actually shown for. TuBe SEO reads three things from it: pages shown but not clicked, pages ranking well and still skipped, and new searches you are starting to appear for.
