Consent to Contact
What you agree to when you submit a form at gotubeseo.com, plus the full SMS and Messaging Terms for the TuBe SEO SMS Program.
In plain English. Email, phone calls and text messages are three separate permissions, and we never bundle them. Submitting a form with your email address is a request for us to reply, and we reply by email. If you also give us a phone number, we may call you about your inquiry. Text messages are different: we will only ever text you if you personally checked the SMS box on one of our forms, and that box is unchecked by default. Consent to calls or texts is never a condition of buying anything. Leave everything unchecked and you get exactly the same reply, scope and price. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or email info@gotubeseo.com to withdraw any permission at any time.
1. What this page is
This is the Consent to Contact page for SaaSassins Dev LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as TuBe SEO ("TuBe SEO," "we," "us," "our"). It is also our SMS and Messaging Terms, the document the SMS consent checkbox on our intake forms links to.
It explains what you agree to when you submit a form at gotubeseo.com, the three channels we might use to reach you, the full terms of the TuBe SEO SMS Program, the exact consent language we display, the record we keep of your consent, and how to withdraw permission for each channel separately.
Who this applies to. Anyone who submits an intake form on gotubeseo.com, requests a call through our booking page, or exchanges messages with us about working together. If you are already a client, this page governs how we contact you as an individual; the engagement itself is governed by the Terms of Service and your statement of work.
No street address, no published phone number. TuBe SEO operates entirely online and runs no call center. Every notice, question, revocation and request under this page is handled by email at info@gotubeseo.com.
2. Three separate permissions, not one
TuBe SEO treats email, telephone calls and text messages as three separate permissions. Agreeing to one is never agreeing to another, and there is no place on this website where checking one box gives us all three.
| Channel | How permission is given | Optional? | How to stop it |
|---|---|---|---|
| By entering your email address and submitting the form. Submitting is itself a request for a reply. | You control it by choosing whether to submit. | Reply and ask us to stop, or email info@gotubeseo.com. | |
| Telephone call | By entering a number in the phone field, which is labelled optional. | Yes. The form submits with it blank. | Tell us on the call, or email us. |
| Text message (SMS) | Only by affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default, before you submit the form. | Yes, entirely. Never a condition of anything. | Reply STOP to any message, or email us. |
None of the three is a condition of buying anything. You are not required to consent to calls or texts to receive a quote, a proposal, an audit, a call, or any service from TuBe SEO, and declining changes neither our price nor our timeline.
3. Email: what you agree to when you submit a form
Providing your email address and submitting a TuBe SEO form is a request for us to reply, and we will reply by email. That is the whole purpose of the form. There is no separate email consent checkbox because there is nothing to opt in to beyond the reply you asked for.
What we send by email. A direct answer to what you wrote; follow-up questions where we need them; the findings we pulled on your site before the call; scheduling and calendar confirmations; proposals, scopes and documents; and, once an engagement starts, the service, account and billing notices that go with it.
Who it comes from. Replies come from info@gotubeseo.com or a named person at gotubeseo.com. A person reads your submission and writes the reply.
What we do not do. TuBe SEO operates no newsletter, no bulk marketing list and no automated nurture sequence, and we do not add your address to one. We do not sell, rent or trade your email address, and we do not pass it to a lead-generation network, a data broker or any other business that would then contact you.
How to stop email. Reply and say so, or email info@gotubeseo.com. If a commercial email ever does carry an unsubscribe link, that link works, requires no login, and is honored within ten business days at the outside, and in practice immediately.
4. Telephone calls: what you agree to if you give us a number
If you enter a telephone number on a TuBe SEO form, you are giving us permission to call you about the inquiry you submitted. The phone field is optional and labelled as such. Leaving it blank does not stop us from answering you. It just means we answer by email.
What we call about. The specific inquiry you submitted; arranging or confirming a time to talk; and, if you are an active client, matters concerning your engagement. That is the scope. We do not call people who have not asked us to look at their site.
How we call, and how often. A person calls you, and it happens rarely. In the ordinary case that means once or twice around scheduling, with everything else by email. TuBe SEO does not run outbound dialer campaigns, does not deliver prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, and does not call numbers taken from purchased lists, scraped sources or a client's records. If you do not answer we may leave a short voicemail identifying TuBe SEO, then follow up by email.
How to stop calls. Say so on the call, reply to any email, or write to info@gotubeseo.com with the number. We mark it do-not-call and stop. That does not stop our email reply unless you ask for that too.
Calls are not text messages. Giving us a number so we can call you is not consent to text you. Text messaging requires the separate checkbox described in Sections 5 and 6, and we will not text a number that arrived without it.
5. Text messages: separate, optional, and checkbox-only
Text messaging is a separate, optional permission. TuBe SEO will only send you a text message if you personally checked the SMS consent checkbox on one of our website intake forms before submitting it. The box is unchecked when the page loads. Nothing on our site checks it for you, and submitting a form does not check it.
The box is not required. It carries no validation, blocks nothing, and the form submits successfully with it unchecked. You can complete every action on this website (request a proposal, book a call, ask a question) without ever consenting to a text message.
Consent is not bundled. The SMS checkbox is its own control with its own label. It is not combined with acceptance of our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, which appear separately in the fine print beneath the submit button, and not combined with permission to call or email.
A phone number alone is not consent. Type a number into the phone field, leave the SMS box unchecked, and we will not text that number.
The complete terms of the messaging program follow in Section 6.
6. The TuBe SEO SMS Program
This section states the full terms of our application-to-person text messaging program. Where anything elsewhere on this website could be read to conflict with it on a question of SMS consent, this section controls. A matching disclosure appears in our Privacy Policy, Section 13; the reviewer-facing evidence page is our SMS Opt-In Disclosure.
6.1 Program name and operator
The program is the TuBe SEO SMS Program. It is operated by SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO, a Wyoming limited liability company, at gotubeseo.com. That is the exact legal name under which our brand and our messaging campaigns are registered, and it is the name we display on every consent control.
Every number we send messages from is registered to SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO under the A2P 10DLC framework administered by The Campaign Registry and routed through a registered messaging provider. We do not message from unregistered numbers, personal handsets, or numbers belonging to any other business.
6.2 Categories of messages we send
The TuBe SEO SMS Program carries these categories of message, and only these:
- Quote and proposal follow-ups: a scope or proposal you asked for is ready, or a question we need answered to finish it.
- Scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders: confirming a call you booked, offering a time, reminding you shortly before it.
- Responses to an inquiry you started: replies to the question you submitted and to messages you send us.
- Onboarding and account setup steps: the specific next step we need to start work, such as an access grant or a blocking approval.
- Service and status notifications for active clients: a report is ready, a scan finished, an issue was found on your site.
- Approval reminders where a client has asked for them: an article, outreach email or suggestion waiting in your review queue, sent only where you asked to be reminded.
What the program does not carry. We do not use the TuBe SEO SMS Program to send marketing or promotional offers to non-clients, sweepstakes, lead-generation outreach, third-party advertising or messages on behalf of anyone else, or any content prohibited by carrier policy or by the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. We do not text people who did not check the box, and we do not text numbers from purchased lists, scraped sources, data brokers or a client's customer records.
6.3 How you opt in
The only way to opt in to the TuBe SEO SMS Program is to affirmatively check the SMS consent checkbox on a TuBe SEO website intake form at gotubeseo.com before you submit that form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. You have to check it yourself.
We do not enroll anyone through a telephone call, a signed services agreement or statement of work, an in-person interaction, an email exchange, a purchase, a third party, a purchased or rented list, or any channel other than the website intake forms in Section 8.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service, of receiving a quote or proposal, of booking a call, or of any other transaction with TuBe SEO. Leave the box unchecked and everything else proceeds identically: the same reply, the same scope, the same price, the same service.
6.4 Message frequency
Message frequency varies with what is actually happening in your inquiry or engagement. As a realistic guide, expect up to about six messages per month while an inquiry or engagement is active. Often it is fewer than that, concentrated around a proposal, a scheduled call or an onboarding step. Frequency rises briefly during onboarding and falls to nothing when there is nothing to say. We send no recurring broadcast campaigns.
6.5 Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. TuBe SEO does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them under your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and on your device, and is not guaranteed. If a message matters, we send it by email as well.
6.6 How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us and the messages stop. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not text you again unless you opt in again through a website intake form.
An opt-out applies to your number across every campaign the TuBe SEO brand operates, not just the conversation you replied to, and takes effect immediately rather than at the end of a cycle.
You may also revoke by email. Write to info@gotubeseo.com with the number you want removed. More generally, we honor a revocation of consent made in any reasonable manner (a reply to a text, a sentence in an email, telling us on a call) promptly, and in no event later than ten (10) business days after we receive it.
To start again after opting out, text START to a number you previously received messages from, or check the SMS box on a new form submission.
6.7 HELP
Reply HELP to any message and we will respond with our business name, the categories of messages we send, and a reminder that you can text STOP to unsubscribe. You can also reach a person at info@gotubeseo.com at any time, whether or not you are in the program.
6.8 Supported carriers
The TuBe SEO SMS Program supports the major United States mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and UScellular, along with other participating carriers and their associated virtual operators. Carrier support can change without notice, and not every carrier or device supports every message type.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6.9 Privacy of mobile information
SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO does not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS message content, or SMS delivery metadata with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. All other categories of data sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information is shared only for the limited operational purpose of delivering the messaging program itself, for example by transmitting message content to our SMS service provider so it can be routed to your device.
The only disclosure that occurs is that limited operational routing: the registered messaging platform and aggregator that transmit the message, and the carrier that delivers it. Those providers are contractually restricted to that purpose. Beyond it, mobile information is disclosed only where the law compels it. Numbers, opt-in data and message content are never disclosed to lead-generation companies, data brokers, advertising networks, affiliates, resellers or any other business, and are excluded from any business transfer. Full statement: Privacy Policy, Section 13.
7. The exact consent text we display
Below is the consent language displayed immediately next to the SMS checkbox on every TuBe SEO intake form, word for word as of August 23, 2026. It renders as visible plain text beside the control, not behind a link, tooltip, accordion or modal, and the two links in the final sentence are live on the form itself.
"SMS notifications (optional). By checking this box you agree to receive service-related text messages from SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO at the phone number provided, including quote and proposal follow-ups, scheduling confirmations, reminders, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."
On the form, "SMS Terms" links to /legal/consent-to-contact/#sms-program and "Privacy Policy" links to /legal/privacy-policy/#sms-program.
Separate fine print, separate agreement. Beneath the submit button, outside the SMS control, the form states: "By submitting this form you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and you consent to be contacted by email about your inquiry. We never sell or share your information." That sentence is not a checkbox and is not part of the SMS consent.
If the form copy changes, this recital changes with it. The consent string is defined once in our codebase and rendered from that single definition on every form and on this page, so the two cannot drift apart.
8. Every place we collect SMS consent
There are exactly two places on gotubeseo.com where SMS consent can be given, and they carry identical consent copy:
- gotubeseo.com/contact/: the scoped-proposal intake form.
- gotubeseo.com/book-a-call/: the shorter call-request form.
Both pages are public. Neither sits behind a login, a paywall, a geographic gate or a staging password, and neither is excluded from indexing. On both, the telephone field and the SMS consent checkbox sit on the same form and the same step, so the disclosure and the number are never separated.
There is no pop-up, exit-intent modal, chat widget, gated download or third-party landing page that collects SMS consent for TuBe SEO. If you meet one claiming to, it is not ours. Tell us at info@gotubeseo.com.
9. How we record your consent
At the moment you submit a form, TuBe SEO writes a consent record, so that we can later show precisely that you asked to hear from us and exactly what you were shown when you did. It captures:
- the date and time of submission, with the time zone;
- the IP address the submission came from;
- the full page URL that carried the form, and the referring URL;
- the form identifier and variant, so we know which of the two forms in Section 8 you used;
- the exact consent text displayed to you at that moment, stored as a string rather than a reference to one;
- the state of the SMS consent checkbox (checked or unchecked) and, separately, the terms and privacy language shown beneath the submit button; and
- the browser user agent.
The record exists to evidence consent and answer a dispute. We do not use it to contact you, we do not enrich it from other sources, and it is disclosed only where the law compels it or where we must show it to a carrier, aggregator or regulator reviewing our messaging program.
10. How long we keep the consent record, and why
We keep the consent record described in Section 9 for at least five (5) years after our last communication with you, and we keep it even if you revoke consent.
Why. Claims under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act carry a four-year limitations period that can be extended in practice. A consent record that has been deleted cannot be produced, and a business that cannot produce one is treated as though consent never existed. Keeping the record is how we answer a complaint with evidence instead of an assertion.
What retention does not mean. Retaining the record is not retaining permission. Once you opt out, your number goes onto a suppression list and stays there; the consent record is kept alongside it, marked revoked, solely to prove that consent once existed and to make sure we never message you again. Retention is never a reason to contact you.
Retention periods for other information are in the Privacy Policy, Section 16. Where a legal hold applies, we retain until it lifts.
11. How to withdraw consent, channel by channel
Because the three permissions are separate, they are withdrawn separately. Withdraw one and the others continue unless you tell us otherwise; tell us to stop everything and we stop everything.
| To stop | Do this | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Text messages | Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to any message, or email info@gotubeseo.com. | One final confirmation message, then nothing. Applied across every campaign the brand runs. |
| Telephone calls | Say so on a call, reply to any email, or email us with the number. | The number is marked do-not-call on your file. |
| Reply and say so, use the unsubscribe link in any commercial email, or email us. | We stop writing. If you have an open question we will answer it once and then stop. | |
| Everything | Email info@gotubeseo.com with the subject line "Revoke Consent". | All three channels suppressed, plus deletion of your inquiry record if you also ask for that. |
Any reasonable method works. We require no particular form of words, channel, keyword, account login or conversation before we honor a withdrawal. A plain request is enough, whatever channel it arrives on. STOP is processed immediately; every other revocation is honored as soon as practicable and, in all cases, within ten (10) business days of receipt.
What withdrawal does not affect. It does not make our earlier messages unlawful, does not cancel an engagement, and does not stop the few communications we are required or entitled to send about an active engagement: a billing notice, a security notice, a legal notice under an agreement you signed. See Terms of Service, Section 25.
12. What happens if you do not consent
Nothing. We simply reply by email.
Leave the SMS box unchecked, leave the phone field blank, or both. The form submits normally, a person reads it, and you get the same answer. There is no reduced reply, no delay applied to people who declined, no missing section in the proposal, no different price.
Consent to receive calls or texts is never a condition of purchasing any service, of receiving a quote, or of completing anything on this website. A form that penalized you for declining would be a form we are not permitted to run, and would not want to.
If you would rather not use a form at all, email info@gotubeseo.com directly.
13. If you contact us first
Email. If you email us, we reply to that email. Writing to us enrolls you in nothing.
Text. If you text a TuBe SEO number we will read it and may reply in that conversation, because answering you is what you asked for. A message you send us is not an opt-in to the SMS Program. It adds you to no campaign, and the conversation ends when your question is answered. Ongoing text updates still require the checkbox in Section 6.3.
Do not send sensitive information. Email and SMS are not secure channels. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment card numbers or government identifiers by text or plain email. When we need credentials from a client we ask through a secure method and say so.
14. The number and address you give us must be yours
When you submit a form you confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of the telephone number and the owner of the email address you entered, and that you are authorized to give consent for them. Do not enter someone else's contact details, including a colleague's, without their permission.
If your number changes or is reassigned, tell us at info@gotubeseo.com so we can suppress the old one. Mobile numbers get reassigned, and a number that reaches you today may reach a stranger next year.
If a message reached you by mistake, reply STOP or email us the number. We suppress it immediately and permanently. You do not have to explain anything, and we will not ask you to confirm your identity first.
15. Marketing communications and what we do not send
TuBe SEO does not run a promotional messaging program. Specifically:
- No promotional texts to non-clients. The SMS Program carries the operational categories listed in Section 6.2 and nothing else.
- No autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls. We do not use an automatic telephone dialing system for marketing, or artificial or prerecorded voice messages.
- No cold outreach to purchased data. We do not buy, rent or license contact lists.
- No lead resale. Your inquiry is not sold, shared, co-registered or brokered to anyone.
- No consent transfer. Consent you give TuBe SEO is for TuBe SEO alone. It does not pass to a partner, an affiliate, a reseller or an acquirer, and no other business may rely on it to contact you.
If we ever introduce a genuinely promotional email or messaging program, it will require its own separate opt-in described at the point of collection. It will not be back-fitted onto consent you gave for something else.
16. Clients and active engagements
Operational messages come with the engagement. Notices about your account, billing, security, deliverables and legal rights are part of the service you bought, and we send them regardless of marketing preferences. They go by email to the contacts named in your statement of work, which is also where formal notice is given under the Terms of Service.
Text messages still require the box. Signing a statement of work is not consent to receive text messages. Approval reminders, status notifications and scheduling texts reach a person only if that person checked the SMS consent checkbox on a website intake form. That includes the signatory, and every colleague added afterwards. Each individual gives their own consent, on their own submission, for their own number.
Agency and white-label partners. If you resell TuBe SEO, the consent you gave us covers you and the people at your agency. It does not cover your end clients. We do not contact your end clients by phone or text, and you may not give consent on their behalf. See the Terms of Service, Section 16.
17. The standard we hold ourselves to
This page is written to a deliberately conservative standard, because the alternative is expensive for everyone.
- Prior express written consent, nationwide: checkbox-based written consent everywhere in the United States, including where a court has held a lower standard sufficient.
- One seller, named. The consent string names SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO and no one else. No "and our marketing partners," and no mechanism by which your consent reaches another business.
- Revocation by any reasonable means, within ten business days, per Section 11: STOP immediate, suppression brand-wide, exactly one confirmation message afterwards.
- Carrier and industry rules: registered under A2P 10DLC with The Campaign Registry and operated in line with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and carrier policy.
- One opt-in story, everywhere. What this page says about how consent is collected is identical to the form, the Privacy Policy and the SMS Opt-In Disclosure. Find a discrepancy and we will fix it.
This page describes our practices. It is not legal advice, and it does not limit any right you have under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state messaging laws, or applicable privacy law.
18. Changes to this page
We may update this page as our practices, our messaging program, carrier requirements or the law change. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top and describe any material change plainly rather than burying it.
Changes are not retroactive. A change here does not alter the consent you already gave. Your existing consent continues on the terms displayed to you at the time, and the consent record in Section 9 preserves what those terms were.
Material changes to the SMS Program. If we change the categories of messages we send or the way consent is collected, we publish the change here and on our SMS Opt-In Disclosure before it takes effect, and re-register the program where required. If a change would expand what you are agreeing to, we ask for a fresh opt-in rather than assume the old one covers it.
The current version is effective August 23, 2026 and was last updated August 23, 2026.
