Find keywords you can actually win
We pull live data on every keyword in your market, then start with the ones a site your size can win this year.
How it works
Hiring an SEO company should not turn into another job. Here is what to expect from an SEO agency: your first 30 days, a normal month after, the hour we need from you, and when results honestly show.
Your first 30 days
TuBe SEO starts the week you sign, and the first thing we do is measure, not change. Inside 30 days we set up your account, inventory every page, work out where you rank, and hand you a written plan in payoff order.
We pull your site, your competitors and your rankings before we dial in. You get back a written scope and a fixed monthly figure. Your time: 30 minutes.
We take the logins, learn how your business talks, and note any claim you must never make. Then we inventory every page, so a new page never competes with one of your own. Your time: about 20 minutes.
Where you rank, what is broken, which pages sit just off page one, whether 6 AI assistants recommend you. For local businesses, 49 real searches show where you appear and where you vanish. First live run: 1,095 pages sorted in seconds, 47 locked because they already ranked. Your time: none.
One plan, sorted by what pays off soonest: protect what ranks, fix the pages just off page one, build what is missing. You approve it. Work starts the next day. Your time: one 30-minute call.
What you own at day 30. The keywords worth chasing, where you ranked before we started, a verdict on every page, how often AI names you, what is broken, and a written plan. All yours, even if you walk away.
The first year
After month one, TuBe SEO settles into a rhythm: refresh the research, write and publish, chase backlinks, report. Plans change how much runs, not which parts.
Everything above. Rankings will not move this month; a graph in week three is noise. What you get is a plan you signed off on.
Technical blocks cleared, and the pages just off page one worked first. First articles publish, first outreach goes out. This is usually where the first movement shows.
Month two's articles are indexed and picking up links. New pages land faster because the pages around them already rank. This is where most clients stop asking whether it is working.
Harder keywords, more publishing, more links, and a watch on the pages that already rank. Same report format every month, so any month compares to any other.
Four things happen every month. We refresh the research. We publish. We prospect and pitch for backlinks. We send one plain report and get on a call about it. Everything else is variation on those four.
The work itself
Every task in your month belongs to one of five levers, and TuBe SEO works all five rather than selling you three and skipping the hard ones. Find winnable keywords. Build pages that deserve to rank. Clear what blocks Google. Earn backlinks. Protect what already ranks.
We pull live data on every keyword in your market, then start with the ones a site your size can win this year.
We write proper articles: 3,000 to 5,000 words, every statistic tied to a named source, a custom image with your headline and logo. A human editor reads every draft.
Problems you cannot see are capping what you rank for: pages Google never found, settings telling search engines to skip a section, a security rule blocking them. We check all of it and hand you the exact fix.
We find real sites that already write about your world and pitch them something worth linking to. No bought links, and every email waits for a person's approval.
Rewriting a ranking page makes Google re-judge it, and a top-three spot can vanish for months. So anything on page one is locked: the software cannot change its title, headings or words. Those pages get backlinks instead.
If customers find you on a map, local SEO runs alongside all five. And we check whether AI assistants recommend you across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews and AI Mode.
Your side of it
TuBe SEO needs about an hour a month, most of it saying yes or no. Four things: access once, approvals as work comes up, the occasional question only you can answer, and one 30-minute call. That is genuinely the whole list.
Your website, Google Search Console and, if you serve a local area, your Google Business Profile. We walk you through it on a call, not a checklist.
Articles before they go live, emails before they go out. About twenty minutes a week, from your phone.
You know your customers better than any research tool. Now and then we ask what your trade calls something. Two-minute answers, usually the difference between good and great.
Thirty minutes. What moved, why, and what is next. No slide deck, no homework.
Slow approvals are the main thing that stalls a program. Not budget, not the plan, not Google. Pick a review window you can keep, and tell us if it slips.
Your say
AI does the heavy lifting at TuBe SEO, but it never takes the wheel. A person on our team signs off before anything reaches your business, and four moments each month come to you for a yes or a no.
| What we bring you | What you are looking at | If you say no |
|---|---|---|
| Articles | The finished article, sources listed so you can check any number. | It goes back with your notes. Nothing goes out under your name unread. |
| Changes to pages you already have | One suggested change at a time, in plain language, with the reason attached. | We drop it. Page-one pages are never even put in front of you for a rewrite. |
| Outreach emails | Every email before it reaches a stranger: under 150 words, written against something they actually published. | It never sends. Anyone who asks not to be emailed again never is. |
| Questions we ask the AI assistants | The buyer questions we plan to run through ChatGPT and the rest, before we run them. | We edit or drop it and nothing is spent. Each run costs real money. |
One switch halts every outreach email at once. Anything that emails strangers needs a hand on the plug. It also stops itself if a mailbox's sending health slips.
Pages on page one are marked protected before anything reaches your inbox. The software cannot rewrite them. They get backlinks, not risky edits.
Timing
The honest answer from TuBe SEO: it depends which lever moves. Technical fixes and pages just off page one can move within weeks. New articles and backlinks usually take three to six months to become real traffic. Nobody can guarantee a ranking.
| What we are doing | When it usually shows | Why it takes that long |
|---|---|---|
| Unblocking what Google cannot read | Days to a few weeks | A page Google has never seen cannot rank. Removing the block is the fastest change in search. |
| Pages sitting just off page one | Weeks to a couple of months | Those pages already have Google's trust. Getting from eleventh to sixth is a nudge, not a rebuild. |
| Improving weaker pages you already have | Weeks | The page exists, has history, may already have links. A smaller ask than starting from nothing. |
| Brand-new articles | Three to six months, then compounding | A new page must be found, indexed, linked to, and earn its spot. Later articles land faster, because article ten helps article one. |
| Backlinks and press coverage | Three to six months, then compounding | Find the site, pitch a real person, wait for a reply, wait for publish. No button makes a stranger link to you faster. |
| Being named by AI assistants | Whenever they next read your site | Assistants answer from pages they have already read. Movement shows across repeated checks, never as one screenshot. |
| Showing up in the map results | Weeks for profile fixes, longer for reach | Profile fixes register quickly. Widening where you appear comes down to reviews, links and time. |
Not us, not anyone. Google and the AI companies own those systems, and your position depends on what competitors do next. A guarantee is almost always one of these three.
We promise the parts anyone can control: the work, the pace and the honesty of the measurement.
Written down, not implied: it is in the Terms of Service.
Your team
One named person at TuBe SEO owns your account. They know your business, answer your emails, and run your monthly call. Not a support queue, not a ticket number, not a chatbot. You also get live access to the same screens our team works in.
Once a month, thirty minutes, same time. What moved, what shipped, what is next. Same layout every month, so you can hold January next to June.
Example layout. Your numbers are measured live from your site, never estimated.
Straight answers
TuBe SEO starts the week you say yes. Setup takes about a week, measuring takes two more, and your written plan lands by day 30. Work begins the day after you approve it.
Measurement, a plan, and honesty about what is wrong. Rankings barely move in thirty days, so an early graph is noise. TuBe SEO spends month one finding where you stand, then tells you which fixes pay off in weeks and which take half a year.
A person does, and you decide who. TuBe SEO can publish directly into your site, or hand finished work to whoever looks after it. A plan nobody can apply becomes a folder nobody used.
Then we do it. TuBe SEO takes publishing access and handles it, which is what most clients choose. If your site runs on something unusual, we will say so on the first call.
About an hour. Twenty minutes a week approving articles and outreach emails, plus one thirty-minute call. We agree a review window up front and both sides keep it.
No, and nobody honestly can. Google, OpenAI and the rest own those systems, and your position depends on what competitors do next. TuBe SEO guarantees the work instead: scope, volume, approvals, and measurement we do not massage.
You stop. After any agreed initial term you run month to month, and everything we made is yours: articles, images, research, reports and data. SEO compounds, so a program cancelled at week six will not have paid for itself, and TuBe SEO will say that before you sign.
